GeoEnergy pursues the strategy of serial project development. In its concession fields approx. 25 power plant sites were identified. Two of these sites (Schaidt-Nord and Brühl) are ready to drill.

The four criteria for “ready to drill” are:

  1. Property secured
  2. Successful completion of the geological exploration (3D-Seismic)
  3. Construction permit (“Bauvorbescheid”) issued
  4. Comprehensive project insurance secured
